Performance Football Programme led by Cole Skuse (600+ professional appearances for Colchester United, Bristol City and Ipswich Town). FA-qualified coaching staff deliver high-quality technical and tactical development integrated with academic support. TASS Dual Career accredited — one of only two independent boarding schools in the UK. Players compete in inter-school fixtures, representative and academy football, with international sports tours. Partnership with Ipswich Town Foundation for Football Summer School.

An Ipswich Town legend with over 600 professional appearances for Ipswich, Brighton, and Bristol City, Cole is a beloved figure in East Anglian football. His career as a central midfielder gives him deep insight into the demands of professional performance — knowledge he passes directly to St Joseph's students, instilling the technical quality, work ethic, and competitive mentality required at the highest level.

An FA qualified coach and former player for Ipswich Town FC and Dereham Town FC, Louis works on the day-to-day technical and tactical development of players within St Joseph's programme. He draws on his own playing experience to give students practical insight into what professional and academy clubs are looking for, combining quality coaching with mentorship and pastoral support.
