Coaching & Development
Football at Bradfield is treated as the flagship Michaelmas Term sport and is delivered at the highest level. The programme features weekly squad training sessions, a professional goalkeeper coach, and a clearly structured Performance Player pathway. Performance Players receive up to ten hours of dedicated football contact time per week, supplemented by a tailored strength and conditioning programme and video analysis through the HUDL platform. The B through F teams train twice a week with a regular weekly fixture, ensuring genuine depth, competition and development across all year groups. Bradfield is renowned on the school circuit for the strength and breadth of its fixture list.
