    You send the form

    Age, current level, where you are in the world, and roughly what you can spend. Two minutes is enough. We will ask the rest ourselves.

    We read it, not a robot

    An adviser picks it up. If something you have written rules a route in or out, we will say so straight away.

  2. Step 2Within a few days

    A conversation, at your time zone

    Twenty minutes on a call or on WhatsApp. Bring your questions about football, academics, money and homesickness. All four come up.

    We ask about the child, not the budget

    Level, position, school reports, English, and what they are like away from home.

  3. Step 3Once we understand the player

    A shortlist you can argue with

    Schools or programmes that fit, each with the reason it is on the list and what it costs. Usually three to five.

    Introductions where you want them

    We put you in front of the right person at each school rather than a general enquiry inbox.

  4. Step 4When you have chosen

    Application, assessment, arrival

    We stay with the paperwork, the assessment days, and for international families the visa and guardianship steps that run alongside them.

Is it really free?

Yes. Schools pay us a placement fee when a child enrols, which is how the service is funded. Families are never invoiced, at any stage, and there is no charge for the consultation or the shortlist.

What happens to the details I send?

They go to an adviser who answers you directly. We use them to respond to your enquiry and nothing else. We do not sell data, and you can ask us to delete yours at any point.

What if I do not know what level my child is at?

That is normal, and it is part of the conversation. Tell us what they play now, whether that is a school team, a club, an academy or none of those, and we will work out which programmes are realistic from there.

My child is over 18. Can you still help?

Yes. Post-18 placements are a separate route into gap-year programmes, university football and US college soccer. There is more about those on our residential academies page.

We are outside the UK. Does that change anything?

It adds two processes that run alongside the school application: the visa and, for under-18s, a UK guardian. Both have their own lead times, which is why we start them early rather than after an offer arrives.

How soon do we need to decide anything?

Nothing on the call commits you to anything. If you are aiming at a September start, most families begin looking twelve to eighteen months out, but we place children in-year too and those move much faster.
