Coaching & Development
Through its formal collaboration with Tottenham Hotspur's Global Football Development team, Culford pupils benefit from full-time experienced Spurs coaching staff and a curriculum designed around the club's coaching philosophy. The programme combines daily elite coaching on campus with access to training sessions at the Tottenham Hotspur Training Centre and pathways into the Global Football Development and Academy settings. Over 150 pupils participate in football each week with an Individual Performance Programme embedded into the school timetable, supported by sports science and strength and conditioning specialists.
