Fleetwood Town International Football Academy (FTIFA) offers ambitious players a genuine, less-traditional route into the professional game, built inside a real English Football League environment. Players train and compete at Poolfoot Farm, Fleetwood Town FC's headquarters on Lancashire's Fylde Coast, working under qualified coaches and testing themselves against academy-level opposition. Alongside the football, FTIFA runs a Study and Play pathway so players can progress their education without stepping away from full-time training. Through its partnership with Blackpool and The Fylde College, accredited by Lancaster University, students can work towards a Certificate of Higher Education in Business Management across two study days a week and train the other four.
