Run by Norwich City legend Grant Holt, the Langley Football Academy has built one of the most compelling football and education programmes in the country. Set within a stunning 110-acre Norfolk estate, the academy develops players who go on to sign for Premier League clubs, represent England at youth level, earn full scholarships to US universities, and compete internationally — including players who have gone on to represent Hong Kong's national team and Leicester City Women's U21. Beyond the pitch, Langley is a warm, family-sized school where the head knows every boarder by name, class sizes stay small enough for genuine individual attention, and the EAL department includes a Mandarin-speaking teacher to welcome students from around the world.
Coaching & Development
The Langley Football Academy is led by Grant Holt, Norwich City legend, Premier League striker, and currently U14 coach at Norwich City FC. Grant brings a rare combination of elite playing experience, active professional coaching, and a deep understanding of what modern football demands at every level. Alongside him, a UEFA A and B licensed coaching team deliver structured, periodised training using the FA Four Corner model, covering technical, tactical, physical and psychological development. Every player also receives personalised strength and conditioning work, post-match performance analysis, nutrition education, sports psychology, and training with Teqball. The programme competes in IAPS, ISFA, ESFA and County Cup competitions, with international tours available to senior players. Whether a student is pursuing recreational football or targeting the professional game, the programme is built to take them as far as their ambition will carry them.

Grant Holt
Grant Holt is a Norwich City legend and former Premier League striker who scored over 200 career goals for clubs including Norwich City, Shrewsbury Town and Swindon Town. He currently serves as U14 coach at Norwich City FC, bringing active, real-world professional experience into the academy every day. As Director of the Langley Football Academy, Grant shapes a programme built on the values that defined his own career, hard work, resilience, technical discipline and the belief that any player, at any level, can keep improving.
